UVa first year Tiffany Suarez scored a career high and team high 16 points to lead Virginia 70-45 over Coppin State in the Cavalier Classic Saturday afternoon.

Suarez went 7-of-10 from the field, and dished out a team-high six assists.

"I definitely see my post players a lot," said Suarez. "They work hard down there so I just want to give them the ball. It's just like an instinct. When I see it, I just zip it in there. Definitely have to be careful, like coach said, in tight games...I feel good out there with our team. I just feel like we're getting things going and moving in the right direction."

Junior center Sarah Imovbioh scored 13 points, going 5-of-8 from the field.

Virginia outrebounded Coppin State, 46-33, with all 11 Cavaliers who played in the game grabbing at least one rebound.

Virginia will face on Princeton in the tournament championship game on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 2:30 p.m. at John Paul Jones Arena.
