Governor-elect Terry McAuliffe announced his latest cabinet nominations Thursday, including yet another returning McDonnell appointee.
McAuliffe selected former Hampton mayor Molly Ward to serve as secretary of natural resources, and tapped Todd Haymore to keep his job as Virginia's secretary of agriculture and forestry.
“Growing our agriculture and forestry industries responsibly and protecting our natural and historic resources are part of what we need to do to grow our economy and make sure we're increasing our tourism economy,” McAuliffe said.
This will be Haymore's third administration, after first serving in a different role under Governor Tim Kaine.
McAuliffe takes office January 11.
