The 58-year-old Lovingston woman's trial is scheduled for March 4, 2014, in Nelson County Circuit Court.

The victim in the 2009 fire was James Shelton Sr.

Blackwell's attorney, Paul Valois, tells The News & Advance that the fires were accidental.
