The Augusta County Sheriff's Office says a man accused of growing marijuana in a Waynesboro home was doing the same thing in Crimora.
Saturday, the sheriff's office charged 42-year-old Derick Ackleson with manufacturing marijuana. Investigators say Ackleson's landlord found 79 pot plants at a home he rented on Rockfish Road in Crimora.
Ackleson is already behind bars after Waynesboro police busted him and 33-year-old Amy Snead Thursday. Police say neighbors spotted these marijuana plants in plain sight in the backyard of Ackleson's South Delphine Avenue rental home.
