UPDATE 12/8/2013: Sunday, Litonio Jonathan Ragland turned himself into the Charlottesville Albemarle Regional Jail, where he is being held without bond.  Laraj Thomas is still at large

UPDATE 12/3/2013: Tuesday, Carlos Damir Burton turned himself into the Charlottesville Albemarle Regional Jail, where he is being held without bond. Litonio Ragland and Laraj Thomas are still at large.

The Charlottesville Police Department needs the community's assistance in locating three individuals related to a Saturday, November 9th, 2013 aggravated assault investigation.

Officers responded to the 700 blk of Prospect Ave at 1135 pm for an assault. On the scene officers discovered a 20-year-old male victim of an assault by blunt force trauma, requiring medical treatment.

Investigators are looking for the following suspects.

1. Carlos Damir Burton - 6’1” weighing 185 lbs 26 yrs old Last known to reside in the Commonwealth Drive area of Albemarle County

2. Litonio Jonathan Ragland - 5’8, weighing 200 lbs. 27 yrs old No fixed Address

3. Laraj Antonio Thomas - 6’0 weighing 188 lbs 26 yrs old Fork Union area of Fluvanna County

All three are wanted for Burglary, Malicious Wounding and Firearms Related Charges.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the subjects is asked to call Crime Stoppers 434-977-4000.
