Cody Journell will appear on the tickets for the Maryland game
The Virginia Tech football team will host Maryland in its last home game of the season Saturday.
The Hokies will be without senior kicker Cody Journell, who has been dismissed from the team for a "Violation of Team Policies."
Journell was already suspended from the team once this season, and missed the Hokies bowl game following an arrest in 2011.
Making matters worse for Tech, Journell is the featured player on the tickets for the game this Saturday.
Virginia Tech is coming off a big upset win against Miami.
They're tied for first place in the Coastal Division, and are still playing for a spot in the ACC championship game.
The Terps are just 1-4 in the ACC.
Hokies head coach Frank Beamer says, "You watch video, and they're plenty good enough. They're plenty good enough. We know that. If you put a game together, which they are very capable of doing, they're plenty good enough."
Virginia Tech and Maryland kickoff Saturday at 12:30 PM in Blacksburg.
