An Albemarle County man who admitted to soliciting a minor online won't spend any more time behind bars.
Matthew Musselwhite, 30, pleaded guilty back in June. He believed he was chatting with a 13-year-old girl after he responded to a Craigslist ad, but it was police, and they arrested him when he tried to meet the girl in a Charlottesville park.
A judge suspended a five-year sentence for Musselwhite. He's now on two years of supervised probation.
