A man who pleaded guilty of attacking three other men near the University of Virginia Corner was sentenced Monday afternoon.
A Charlottesville Circuit Court judge gave 23-year-old Barry Booth 10 years with all of it suspended. In January, he pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful wounding.
Booth, along with two other men, attacked a group as they got into a vehicle in August 2012. Booth also has to pay more than $1,800 for car damage.
He's already spent four months in jail.
