The Virginia women's basketball team held a "Meet The Team" day at John Paul Jones Arena Sunday.
The festivities include facing painting, balloon animals and a little bit of basketball.
The Cavaliers return their top three scorers from last season and will also welcome back senior Lexie Gerson who missed all of last year due to an injury.
UVa has been picked to finish 8th in the fourteen team ACC this year.
Head coach Joanne Boyle said, "What you hope as a coach is that there is so much depth in the conference is that eventually we're getting 7, 8, 9 teams in the tournament. That's why you make the conference so heavy like that."
