The #23 James Madison football team beat #19 Villanova 31-21 for homecoming Saturday at Bridgeforth Stadium.
Former R.E. Lee star Dae'Quan Scott tied JMU's career mark for rushing touchdowns (32) with a TD in the 1st quarter.
The senior carried the ball 20 times for 87 yards in the game.
Former Orange County star Quintin Hunter had three catches for 27 yards, two rushes for 12, and even completed a 16 yards pass to quarterback Michael Birdsong, which set up the Dukes first score.
James Madison is now 6-3 overall, and 3-2 in the CAA.
They play at #16 New Hampshire next Saturday at 12:30 PM.
