A murder case in Buckingham County has stalled. Christopher Moseley was scheduled to face a judge and jury Wednesday, but it will have to wait.
Moseley, 21, is accused of stabbing and killing his girlfriend. He's charged with murder and abduction after prosecutors say he stabbed Alexis Rose in a grocery store parking lot in Dillwyn April 30. She later died at a hospital.
Moseley is due back in court next month for another hearing to determine when the case will move forward.
