Florida Man Behind Bars for Harrisonburg RobberyPosted: Updated:
A Florida man is behind bars accused of robbing a Harrisonburg gas station.
Police charged 22-year-old Roland Edward Arellano with robbery and grand larceny.
Investigators say he robbed the Liberty gas station on South High Street around 1:25 p.m. Officers found Arellano a few blocks away.
As of Sunday night, he's being held at the Rockingham County Jail.

On today's date 10-20-13 at approximately 1325 hours Harrisonburg Police officers responded to 953 South High St (Liberty Gas Station) for a robbery in progress. Prior to officer's arrival the suspect had fled the business with an undisclosed amount of money.
Officers arrived in the area shortly after the call was dispatched and were able to locate a male suspect matching the robbery suspect's description in the 1100 block of South High St. Suspect was taken into custody without incident.
Suspect was identified as: Roland Edward Arellano, date of birth 11-21-90 22 year old white male from Florida. Arellano was taken to the Rockingham County Jail and charged with Robbery and Grand Larceny.
