Seventh Annual Chocolate Festival Held in Charlottesville
Chocolate lovers filled Charlottesville's Lee Park Saturday afternoon.
The seventh annual Chocolate Festival started off with the 5K Chocolate Chase. Runners and walkers hit the roads of Charlottesville and returned to enjoy the festival where dozens of chocolate makers sold their tasty treats.
The chocolate festival was put on by First United Methodist Church.
"They have kid activities and a lot of sweet treats it's a nice way to get families out," said church member Stephanie Barnes.
Proceeds from Saturday's sales will support the church's mission trips and soup kitchen.
