Rob Manch

Rob joined the NBC29 news team as a general assignment reporter in September 2013. He is a graduate of James Madison University where he received his Bachelors in Media Arts and Design in 2012.

During his college career, he interned as a photographer/videographer at Haddad Media in Washington, D.C. and as a videographer for the media department of National Electronics Warranty, LLC in Sterling, VA.

Rob was born in Washington, D.C., and spent most of his life living in McLean, VA. He is thrilled to now call Charlottesville home.

When he's not at work, you can catch him exploring the area, spending time with his friends, or playing basketball.

After the woman left, we explained to our subject that we didn't know who the person was. They thought it had been my manager.
