A strange set of twists in a sex crimes case in Augusta County Monday.
In August, 42-year-old Kevin Snyder was found not guilty of several sex charges against a young girl.
Monday, he and his attorney went before a judge asking to part ways because Snyder says his lawyer thinks he is a pedophile. The judge refused the motion and decided the partnership will continue.
They must now prepare for another jury trial for additional charges against a second alleged victim - a friend of the original victim - scheduled for December. Snyder is facing two counts of non-forcible sodomy and two counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile without force.
