Charlottesville Senior Center Hosts Active Aging Fair
Active Aging Fair at Charlottesville's Senior Center
It's not 50 and over, it's 50 and better - that's what the Senior Center in Charlottesville is saying. The Senior Center hosted an "Active Aging Fair" Friday promoting all the things seniors are taking part in the community.
Kimberlee Barrett-Johnson is a member of the board at the senior center and wants everyone to know there is no shortage of activities for members.
"Whether it's healthcare or living arrangements or services or just things that bring added richness and vibrancy to life, and that's all here," said Barrett-Johnson.
Barrett-Johnson's company, Barrett-Johnson & Associates, was one of 54 organizations that was represented at the fair.
