The former Albemarle County supervisor who came under fire after pleading guilty to misdemeanor sexual battery is facing a new legal problem. An arrest warrant has been issued for Chris Dumler.
Court records show Dumler didn't show up for a trial in Orange County Circuit Court back in June. He was the court appointed attorney for a man facing fraud charges.
A judge tried to call Dumler to court to explain himself in July. After several attempts, deputies couldn't serve Dumler with papers, saying it appears no one is ever at Dumler's Scottsville home.
