A Charlottesville man is behind bars - accused of holding up a convenience store in Albemarle County early Sunday.
Thirty-year-old Albert Felton is charged with robbery and using a firearm in the commission of a felony. He's being held without bond at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.
The robbery happened at the 7-Eleven on Route 29 at Woodbrook Road around 7 a.m. Police say a clerk was held at gunpoint.
Felton was arrested shortly after the robbery. No one was injured.
