Charlottesville City Council
heard details Tuesday night about a planned makeover for Tonsler Park.
The park's master plan is
up for review by council, wrapping up a year of scheming to improve the eight acres of land along Cherry Street.
The plan suggests
taking down the fence around the baseball field to make room for other sports.

In the capital improvement
plan, $1 million is budgeted for 2015 and 2016 to fund projects in the park.
