Monday, a father breaks his silence after his daughter's mysterious death in Washington, D.C.
University of Virginia Jefferson Scholar Shelley Goldsmith was at a concert in D.C. on Saturday. Goldsmith's father says she was at a club with friends when she said she wasn't feeling well and asked them to call 911.
She collapsed and CPR was performed. Goldsmith died at Providence Hospital later that night.
"I don't think it's for us to know or to try and figure out why, not for me. We're lucky to have had her for almost 20 years," said Rob Goldsmith, Shelley's father.
He describes his daughter's death as a "heart and pulmonary attack".
