Augusta Health is
expanding to meet the needs of the community. The Fishersville hospital is
opening up two clinics in the Shenandoah Valley, one in Waynesboro at an old
car dealership and the other in Stuarts Draft off Route 340.
The clinics will have
primary care as well as urgent care physicians, labs in-house and medical

assessment identified gaps in accessible care.
"The community is
very diverse so there were pockets of needs to access to primary care
especially," said Lisa Schwenk, director of communications and public relations
for Augusta Health.
The Waynesboro clinic is
expected to be done this fall, the Stuarts Draft clinic, a year from now.
