The University of Virginia's Darden School of Business is out to change the game and it needs your help to do it. Faculty and staff are creating a game called BizHero, a business simulator that puts you in the shoes of the CEO.
"It's kind of like fantasy baseball where you get to take the reins and make it what you want it to be," said Fred Telegdy, digital curriculum manager with the Darden School.
The minds behind the game say they want to change the way people think about business in a real-world context.
"Good decision-making is hard to come by, and we wanted to create an experience that would help society in general, build good decision-making skills," said Bobby Parmar, an assistant professor with the Darden School.
Developers are seeking funding right now to finish BizHero. they hope to make the game available online by spring of next year.
