A convicted sex offender is denied bond for a second time.

Donald Lee Moats, 30, is accused of molesting two teenage girls after giving them tattoos. Moats is charged with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration.

The Staunton man was convicted of rape and carnal knowledge back in 2002.

He's scheduled for a preliminary hearing on the more recent charges in September.
