Anti-abortion activists gathered at First Baptist Church in Charlottesville Saturday to discuss ways to help women through crisis pregnancies.
David Bereit from the national organization "40 Days for Life" spoke to the crowd. He said the group hopes to provide assistance to adoption agencies and ministries that offer child care support to current mothers.
"We are gathering together to say what can we do so that no woman ever feels abortion is her only option to provide help to her in her time of need, but also to make sure she doesn't make a decision that comes with a lifetime of regret," Bereit said.
More than 100 people took part in the rally at the church.
