investigators arrested a man in connection with the death of Vincent Shifflett.

Investigators say results
from the Medical Examiner's Office in Richmond are prompting an involuntary
On June 27, family members
say 22-year-old Shifflett was attacked outside Riverside North, a restaurant
and bar located in the Hollymead area. They claim he was attacked from behind
and left for dead.
Shifflett died the next
day from what doctors say was a brain aneurysm.
Terry was arrested Tuesday
afternoon, but investigators won't say what was contained in the results of Shifflett's
autopsy to prompt the felony charge against Terry.

This afternoon, investigators with the Albemarle County Police Department arrested Joseph Martin Terry III in connection to the death of Vincent Shifflett.
Shifflett died after an incident on June 27th, 2013 at Riverside North Restaurant and Bar.
Investigators made the arrest after reviewing results from the Medical Examiner's Office and consulting the Commonwealth's Attorney.
Terry was charged with one felony count of involuntary manslaughter. He was taken to the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail where he was held on a secured bond.
Terry is 32 years old from Albemarle County.
All questions regarding the arrest will be referred to the Commonwealth Attorney's Office.
