UVa's Morgan Moses and Virginia Tech's Jack Tyler have been named to the 2013 Preseason All-ACC Team.

They are both on the preseason list for the first time.

Moses was named All-ACC Honorable Mention at the end of the 2012 season.

The 6-foot-6, 335 pound senior is on the preseason watch list for both the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi Trophy.

Moses is one of four players returning to the offensive line for the Cavaliers this season.

"We have a lot of guys who played last year returning," says Moses.  "That will definitely help us.  Being the offensive line, that's one thing you look for on offense is to have a great offensive line to get that running game."

Jack Tyler led the Hokies with 119 tackles last season, including 13 tackles for a loss.

The 6-foot-1, 225 pound linebacker was a Second Team All-ACC selection at the end of last season, and a First Team Coaches All-ACC selection.

Tyler is on the preseason watch list for the Lombardi Award and the Nagurski Award.

"Expectations are always high," says Tyler.  "Our expectations are always to win 10, 11, 12 games a season.  To win the ACC.  We expect to win every game.  That's how our program is run.  We expect to win every game.  We expect to compete, and that's not going to change this year."
