The water issue is percolating in Fluvanna County.
The release of a new return on investment study was delayed Wednesday night at the Board of Supervisors meeting. County officials say staff needed more time for analysis and comparison.
The study compares a potential partnership with Aqua Virginia and the possibility of tapping into excess water from the Department of Corrections.
Officials say they will release the study early next week through the county website and the "fan mail" Listserv.
