Home sales in Charlottesville are on the rise again according to the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. The group issued its market review Tuesday morning.
Overall sales across the Charlottesville area were up 11 percent over the same quarter last year. This is also the seventh consecutive quarter with year-over-year gains.
The median sales price for a home was also up from last year. That stands at $273,000.
There's also good news for
sellers ready to move on. Half of the homes were sold in 40 days or less.
