Fluvanna County SPCA Hosts "Yappy Hours" at Keswick Vineyards
Charlotte hides out from the heat at Keswick Vineyards during the SPCA fundraiser.
The Fluvanna County SPCA is teaming up with Keswick Vineyards for "Yappy Hours."
Sunday, the shelter introduced an outgoing black lab mix named Charlotte to people who spent their afternoon relaxing at the winery.
Volunteers say the vineyard is a wonderful place to raise awareness about dogs in need of forever homes.
"Keswick Vineyard is a wonderful venue for animals. You can see it's very beautiful, people love coming here and a lot of people who love dogs - word has gotten out that this is a good place to come," said FSPCA volunteer Sharon Ackerman.
The vineyard has hosted the FSPCA for four Yappy Hours.
So far, two dogs have been adopted from the Fluvanna County SPCA.
