Independent organizers are
bringing some "ideas worth spreading" to Charlottesville this November.
announced this week it will bring together close to 20 presenters this November,
with the goal of stimulating minds on the topics of technology, entertainment,
Organizers hope the event
informs, educates, and entertains.
"That's what people want:
people want to know what they can do to improve life on our planet. Life in the
community all starts where we are. So we actually have speakers from
Charlottesville, but all over the nation," said Roger Voisinet, co-chair of the
TEDxCharlottesville Steering Committee.
The day-long TEDxCharlottesville
event takes place November 15 at Charlottesville's Paramount Theater. Find more
