Walmart along Route 29 in Albemarle County was evacuated after a bomb threat Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say an unidentified person called in the threat just before 3 p.m.  Walmart was shut down for about two hours while police and K-9 units searched the building and parking lot.

Nothing suspicious was found, and people were allowed back inside the building just before 5 p.m.
