Greensville Woman Pleads Guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter

Posted: Updated:

An Augusta County woman will spend three years behind bars after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

Rebecca Wilder, 38, entered that plea Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say she was driving under the influence when she slammed her car into a utility pole along Route 662 in Greenville last October. Her passenger, Kenneth Asbury of Staunton, was killed.
