The case against a man accused of online sex crimes is moving to a grand jury in Staunton.
Shawn Ogden, 22, listened Monday as an investigator testified against him during a hearing in Staunton Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. The officer said he had posed as a young teen girl and had been chatting online with Ogden since 2012.
Investigators say Ogden confessed to police at the time of his arrest in May.
Ogden remains behind bars. A grand jury will hear the case in July.
