Families of victims from the Virginia Tech and Sandy Hook school shootings are rallying communities across the country to reduce gun violence.

"The No More Names Bus Tour" stopped in Blacksburg Friday evening. Speakers included Peter Read - whose daughter Mary was killed in Norris Hall at Virginia Tech in 2007.

Neil Heslin's son Jesse was gunned down inside the elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut back in December.

"It's a club that we're all in together, and it's a club nobody wants to be part of. Until you've lost a child, you can't imagine what it's like. It's like losing part of your body," Heslin said.

No More Names tour started in Newtown on June 14 - the six month anniversary of the school shooting. The bus will travel to 25 states in 100 days.
