Here are the current numbers in statewide races ahead of Tuesday's Democratic primary.
First, in the race for attorney general - at the end of last month, Justin Fairfax lagged behind fellow Democrat Mark Herring by about $150,000. Republican nominee Mark Obenshain leads both Democrats in the money race.
It's a completely different story in the race for lieutenant governor, where Aneesh Chopra has more than two times as much money in the bank as fellow Democrat Ralph Northam.
Meanwhile, both Democrats lead republican nominee E.W. Jackson comfortably - Chopra with1,896,190, Northam with $783,644 and Jackson with $261,654.
