A jury has recommended 120 years for a Nelson County man who sexually abused a teenager.
James Jessup has been found guilty of aggravated sexual battery, forcible sodomy, and object penetration.
Broken down, the jury recommended the following sentence: for three counts aggravated sexual battery, 20 years each and $100,000 fine each. For one count forcible sodomy, 30 years and one count object sex penetration, 30 years.
He could face 120 years behind bars and pay a $300,000 fine.
He will be sentenced in August.
