Two Shenandoah Valley men are accused of looting homes destroyed by the massive tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.

Police in that town arrested 36-year-old Steven Daniels from Harrisonburg and 25-year-old Justin Wagner from McGaheysville along with a man from New York State.

An affidavit says Moore police found a large amount of steel and copper utility wire in Daniels' truck.

Investigators say Daniels admitted to driving to Oklahoma with the two other suspects to remove the wire from homes in the disaster area.

Daniels claimed to be the owner of Broadway-based Absolute Recycling & Recovery.

All three men are charged with disturbing a disaster area.
