Virginia seniors Reed Gragnani and Scott Silverstein were both selected on the final day of the Major League Baseball Draft Saturday.

The duo joins Cavaliers closer Kyle Crockett, who was picked in the 4th round (#111 overall) by Cleveland.

Gragnani was selected in the 21st round (#663 overall) by the Boston Red Sox.

The second baseman is batting .305 this season, with just nine strikeouts in 209 at-bats.

Gragnani was named First Team All-ACC during the regular season, and also earned a spot on the All-Tournament team.

Silverstein was picked in the 25th round (#745 overall) by the Toronto Blue Jays.

The senior lefthander has a 10-1 record this season, and a 2.86 ERA in 88 innings.
