Man Faces Multiple Charges After Drug Bust in Greene

June 7, 2013- On Wednesday, June 5, 2013 the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force, in conjunction with the Greene County Sheriff's Office executed a narcotics search warrant at the residence of Christopher James Frye located on Flintstone Drive in Barboursville, VA (Greene County).  Items seized from the residence included Crack Cocaine, Cocaine, Marijuana, smoking devices, electronic devices and $631 of US currency.

Frye, 30 years old was arrested at his residence in Barboursville and charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana.  Additional charges are possible pending further investigation.

The Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force is Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force responsible for narcotic and gang investigations in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Madison, Orange and the towns of Culpeper and Orange.  It is comprised on Detectives and Investigators from the aforementioned Sheriff's Offices, Town Police Departments and Special Agents from the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Drug Enforcement Section.
