Charlottesville City Council Meeting Held Monday Night
Charlottesville City Council is amending its plan to raise parking fines. The plan to raise the fines passed on to a second reading at the meeting Monday night - but not without a change that would give first time offenders a break.
Council also approved the plan for the city to come into compliance with new Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines. It includes an effort to create a mobile app to report problems.
Council also passed the Meadow Creek Stream Valley Master Plan.
