The court case continues for the Frontier Culture Museum's former marketing director accused of embezzling tens of thousands of dollars from the Staunton attraction.

Michael Sutton from Grottoes was set to make a plea deal with prosecutors Monday but attorneys rescheduled that for July 18.

A grand jury indicted Sutton on several charges of embezzlement and obtaining money by false pretenses totaling $40,000.
