In a game that took two days to play, the James Madison baseball team came out on top, as the Dukes beat Delaware 9-6 in their first game in the CAA Tournament.

The game was suspended Wednesday afternoon due to weather, with JMU leading 4-2 in the 4th.

They resumed play Thursday morning, 16 hours and 21 minutes after the stop in action was initially called.

Senior catcher Bradley Shaban drove in four runs in the victory, including a two-run home run to break a 4-4 tie in the 6th.

Six-seed James Madison (25-28) moves on to play 2-seed William & Mary Thursday at 6pm.
