Orange Man Charged with Possession of Heroin, Ammunition by a Felon
Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force Press Release
On May 13, 2013 the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force (BRNGTF) and officials from the Orange County Sheriff's Office executed a narcotics search warrant at a residence on Zoar Road in Locust Grove, VA located in Orange County. Items seized from the residence included an amount of suspected Heroin, ammunition, US currency and three vehicles.
Eddie Cubbage, 32 years of age from Locust Grove, VA was arrested at the scene of the search warrant and charged with Possession of a Schedule I or II Drug, Heroin and Possession of Ammunition by a Felon. Additional charges are pending against Mr. Cubbage. This case is a part of an ongoing Heroin investigation in Orange County.
The Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force is Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force responsible for narcotic and gang investigations in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Greene, Madison, Orange and the towns of Culpeper and Orange. It is comprised ofDetectives and Investigators from the aforementioned Sheriff's Offices, Town Police Departments and Special Agents from the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Drug Enforcement Section.
