Waynesboro Man Pleads Guilty to Trespassing at Ex-Girlfriend’s

Posted: Updated:

A Waynesboro man is behind bars to begin a year-long sentence for trespassing in his ex-girlfriend's house.

Brandon Wolfe pleaded guilty in Waynesboro Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon to the trespassing charge. He was accused of locking the victim in her house and choking her until she nearly blacked out.

Strangulation and assault charges were dropped. A judge will take a destruction of property charge under advisement until Wolfe successfully completes drug court when he gets out of jail.
