Linville Man Charged with DUI, Child Endangerment

In the early morning hours of May 15, 2013, officers with the Harrisonburg  Police Department arrested Bradley Shane Falin, 25, of Linville, VA.  Falin was charged with:

  • „h 18.2-270,  driving under  the influence of alcohol, 2 (misdemeanor)
  • „h 46.2-301,driving on a suspended/revoked license (misdemeanor)
  • „h 18.2-371.1, felony child endangerment (felony)

Falin's arrest was the result of a lookout provided to  police in reference to his intoxication and operation of a motor vehicle.    The arrest for felony  child  endangerment was a result of a  young  child being unrestrained in the vehicle  while the vehicle was being operated by an intoxicated driver.  Falin is currently being held without bond at the Rockingham/Harrisonburg regional jail.

Falin is also being investigated as the possible suspect in Tuesday afternoon's reported robbery on Port Road/Forest Hills Road.   The investigation into the reported robbery is still on going and there have been no charges placed at this time.   Any additional information and/or charges related to the robbery will be released as they become available Lt.
