The former Coca-Cola bottling plant on Preston Avenue is one step closer to having a new owner.
Realtor Bob Kahn says the building is currently under contract, but the sale has not closed. Details about who the buyer is or what the building will be used for will not be available until the deal is finalized.
Kahn says the Charlottesville property attracted intense interests with multiple offers.
The listing price was $2.7 million.
