A man wanted in Virginia is behind bars in North Dakota after police say he crashed his pick-up truck into a party bus injuring a dozen people.

James Warner Jr., 31, is charged with a DUI.

Police in North Dakota say he crashed a pick-up head-on into the Nightlife Limousine bus on a highway near Bismarck early Saturday morning.

Investigators say Warner had recently moved to North Dakota and was wanted in Virginia for failing to register as a violent sex offender and violating probation.
