If you've been waiting on the right time to get rid of your old television or computer, you'll have a chance this weekend.  The Charlottesville Whole Foods is hosting an "e-cycling" event.

From 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. Sunday you can drop off anything with a cord, excluding microwaves.

Whole Foods says this is a responsible way to recycle electronics you might not know what to do with.

"They know that it's not safe to just throw something in the trash. So they usually just hold onto it, they put it in the garage, they forget about it, and this is a great time to pull it on out, and bring it on in," said Kristen Rabourdin, Whole Foods employee.

Due to limited space, Whole Foods will only accept residential items, and asks that commercial businesses refrain from dropping off their old items.
