Charlottesville is among the least obese cities in the United States according to a new Gallup Poll. Charlottesville came in second, with a 14.3 percent obesity rate in 2012.
Gallup uses Americans' self-reported height and weight to calculate body mass index scores.
The least obese city was Boulder, Colorado at 12.5 percent. The most obese city was the McAllen-Edinburg-Mission metropolitan area of Texas at 38.5 percent.
