Late Burst Lifts Towson 16-10 Over #19 JMU

The #19 James Madison Women's Lacrosse team falls to 7-5, 2-1 in the CAA as a late burst pushed Towson 16-10 over the Dukes.

With 14:38 left in the game, JMU's Steph Finley found the nylon on a free position to tie the game up at 10-10, but the Tigers answered with a 6-0 run to ice their win in Harrisonburg.

Finley led the Dukes with 4 goals while Towson got a star studded performance out of Ashleigh Rohrback who finished the game with 5 assists, and 4 goals. Three of Rohrback's goals came during the Tigers 6-0 finish.

The Dukes hit the road Friday to take on Hofstra at 4 p.m.
